Christina Braziel
Hey ya'l1!! I’m Coach Braziel (pronounced like the country; you're welcome.) I just finished up my 5th year of teaching (4 years in elementary PE and one year in Intermediate PE.) This is my first-year teaching/coaching on the high school level and I couldn’t be more excited! I grew up in Magnolia, attended J.L. Lyons, and graduated from Magnolia High School in 2007. My fiancé is also a Magnolia High School graduate. We just celebrated 9 years together and have a beautiful sassy 4-year-old that keeps us on our toes! When I have time to myself I love to travel, read, watch movies, and shop but when I'm with my daughter she loves to go to the zoo, play outdoors, and swim! We are currently building a home in Clear Creek Forest where I grew up and Chris and I are finally getting hitched on 5/9/20! I am a very family orientated person and I believe that family always comes first!
I am moving to the classroom this year to try my hand in English! This was by far my favorite subject in school so I cannot wait to bring my knowledge to the students at MWHS. This year I will be coaching Softball under Coach J. Collins and also coaching Freshman Basketball under head Coach D. Moore! I played competitive softball all through high school and went to college in New York on a scholarship where I played for three years. I moved back to Texas and I graduated in 2012 from UMHB and immediately jumped into teaching and coaching.
